Not aware of the "free puppies" sign on our box, I was playing with my brothers and sisters that morning at the shopping center when Mom saw us and stuck her face into our cozy bed.

"Look, Honey," she squealed. "Here's one which matches my hair color." You, Dad, shrugged and said, "Sure, Darling. Why not?"

In an instant, I went from being the runt of the litter to being your dainty darling daughter. I love Mom and Dad, and especially my toys, which I carry with me everywhere.
